Cookies directory:
[Win 9.x/ME] This is some information which was stored in the hard disk when you browse some website. It includes the user name, the user information, the websites etc.
[Win 2000] Each user has a Cookies directory. This directory was stored in each user's catalog of Documents and Setting directory.

Cursors directory:
[Win 9.x/ME/2000] This is the mouse paint directory. It includes all kinds of paints which are the paint of the mouse in different situation.

Desktop directory:
[Win 9.x/ME] This directory includes some icons on the desktop.
[Win 2000] This directory was also stored in system directory. At the same time, in Documents and Setting directory, there also is a "Desktop" directory in each user's directory.

Downloaded Program Files directory:
[Win 9.x/ME/2000] This directory includes the files which are shown in opened website. The most of the files are the flashes which are used for running the website.

Drwatson directory:
[Win 9.x/ME/2000] This means Doctor Watson directory. It is designed for taking the snapshot when the Operating System occur some errors. But there is just a hyper text files under this directory.

Favorites directory:
[Win 9.x/ME] If you need to reinstall the Operating System, please backup this directory. Hence, you can hold the content in this directory.
[Win 2000] Each user has a Favorites directory. It is stored in each user's directory of Documents and Setting directory.

Fonts directory:
[Win 9.x/ME/2000] This directory is used for appending and deleting the font files. It is also used for deleting some unnecessary files to decrease the system space.

Help directory:
[Win 9.x/ME/2000] There is a detailed help document in Windows Operating System. There are a lot of help files in this directory. You can read it in detail. The Help files will help you a lot.

History directory:
[Win 9.x/ME] There is a function in IE Browser. This function is that it could record the address of the website automatically which you have browsed.
[Win 2000] Each user's history document was independence. The directory was stored in Local Setting directory of each user's catalog under the Documents and Setting directory.
