Inf directory:
[Win 9.x/ME/2000] This is the installing files' directory. When we install the driver, the Operating System will mention us to appoint the corresponding Inf file. It's very easy to use such files. Select the files and choose the "Install" option in right click menu.

Java directory:
[Win 9.x/ME/2000] This directory contains some files Java files. It includes the Classes and Packages subdirectory. The Packages subdirectory contains some compressed files and some data files. In Windows 2000 Operating System, the Packages subdirectory also contains the Trustlib subdirectory.

Media directory:
[Win 9.x/ME/2000] This directory includes some sound and MIDI files. The sounds are betook in this directory when OS boot up or when the OS occurred some errors.

NetHood directory:
[Win 9.x/ME] The Nethood need this directory to access other's folds.
[Win 2000] It is stored in each user's catalog of Document and Setting directory.

Offline Web Pages directory:
[Win ME/2000] When some website was set as offline using, there are the corresponding files in this directory.
OPTION directory:
[Win ME] This directory was only stored in Windows ME. It is used for storing the installing files.

Pif directory:
[Win 9.x/ME] This is the program information file directory. Pif is the shortcut of DOS.

PrintHood directory:
[Win 9.x/ME] This is the print directory.

Recent directory:
[Win 9.x/ME] This is the recently opened files directory. The content of this directory will be found in the Recent Document in Start menu.
[Win 2000] It is stored in each user's catalog of Documents and Setting directory.

Samples directory:
[Win 9.x/ME] This is the samples of Windows managed some cases via using script text. You can use notepad to view these samples.

SendTo directory:
[Win 9.x/ME] The content of directory correspond with the content of Sent To which you can find in right click menu. You can also add or modify the content of this directory.
