The real story come from our customer Bhikhu Patel who has working in IT for 15 years. Mr. Bhikhu accidently ghosted all partitions on his works laptop drive using Norton ghost and founded Data Recovery Wizard on internet using google search and tried the demo version. His first impression is "Very impressive".

As an easy-to-use and friendly software, EASEUS Data Recovery Wizard Professional will prompt user to uninstall the demo version when he install the full version without uninstalled the demo. Mr. Bhikhu said "as soon I started to install the full version it prompted me to uninstall, selected continue to uninstall and then installed the full version successfully".

Mr. Bhikhu scanned the system with Data Recovery Wizard Professional and then got the lost folders and files. One thing puzzled him that the application shows folders with naming convention "dir001 dir002" and so on. Therefore, he restored the data to new target location with the directory names dir001, dir002 and so on and sent the saved data to our customer support. Our support staff told him the reason is this tool will read all sectors on the disk sequentially (sector-by-sector) looking for specific file header signatures when he choose the "RawRecvoery". "Once again your support and your product have saved me lot of work and I am truly grateful" he said in his letter.
