It is a good way to backup your files with an external hard drive while you reinstall Windows. What about forget to move your files to external hard drive before you reformat your hard drive?
One of our customers named Bill Bond has met with this staff thing. "I was really busy multi-tasking at the time and didn't realize that I had forgotten to move all my pictures and videos from my digital camera software over to the external hard drive......until after I had reformatted my hard drive." After he even reformatted twice, he realized he forgot store files into the external hard drive and these files lost. This action makes his wife all in tears, because "our pictures from the last 5 years were gone, wedding pictures, grandparents now gone".
He was disappointed and expected that he'd have to take his hard drive somewhere and pay $500-$1,000 to repair with a few weeks, if it was even doable at all. But he suddenly figured that he'd search on the internet to see if he can get some useful software.
At last, he goes with our Data Recovery Wizard because "it seemed to be the most appropriate for reformatted drives and the price was quite reasonable". "It was way too easy to use. It took only a minute or two to buy and download and no time at all to figure out how to use it." Run EASEUS Data Recovery Wizard, 100,000 lost files were recovered. With the search function "made it easy to find and recovery the JPEGs and the AVI files that I needed". At last part of his award letter, he said his family's memories back. And the sound of his heart: "Man, what a lifesaver!"
We feel very happy that our software has helped Mr. Bond to found his precious files back. The preview and search function of our software really did a good job in this event. This is a great encouragement for our future development.
